Raphnee Manning

With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Raphnee Manning brings a wealth of clinical expertise to the Health Information Management (HIM) field. Her extensive background in HIM includes roles such as clinical documentation specialist, EHR superuser, and clinical charge auditor. After making the decision to transition away from clinical healthcare, she earned her medical billing and coding diploma, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, and ultimately became a Registered Health Information Administrator. Additionally, Raphnee earned a Master's in Healthcare Management, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of office management and its impact on the revenue cycle.
Throughout her various billing positions, Raphnee recognized a gap in the medical billing process, particularly in relation to value-based reimbursement and the potential benefits of technology. This inspired her to establish Reliant Management, a company focused on incorporating reimbursement knowledge to enhance revenue cycle processes and highlight the impact of patient care on reimbursement. At Reliant Management, Raphnee is committed to leveraging her clinical expertise and billing knowledge to simplify the revenue cycle, improve patient care, and maximize reimbursement for her clients.
